According to Blaze's lore, the Selachii hail from the batshit insane continent of Akavir, with cat dragons, talking cabbages, and gods know what other products of a food poisoning fever dream. A recent immigrant to Skyrim, and indeed Tamriel, Mori is confident that everything he read about the humans in Jump Magazine and his favorite manga Fist of the Nord Star will help him figure out the local culture in no time.
