Toxieon, the Poison Fox pokemon
Type: Poison
Evolution: Neglect/Unfriendly+ Poison Barb+ Location-City
Neglecting an Eevee will cause it to evolve into Toxieon. Toxieon's body always has a layer of corrosive poison covering it, which, if even brushed with a fingertip, will cause severe illness. Trying to hug a Toxieon may result in necrosis of the area in contact with the pokemon, and sometimes death, and is therefore, not recommended. Toxieon, though dangerous to touch, is not a violent pokemon, and without knowing it's own toxicity, will try to cuddle in hopes of getting the human contact it craves, and adores. The poison coating that surrounds a Toxieon gives off a vapor that can cause dizziness, headaches, and nausea. People should be aware of how close it gets in order to prevent possible injury/sickness.

While not as epic as Magneon, this little guy certainly has comedy potential!
I do have a question though...
Wouldn't many pokemon leagues, gyms, and other events ban Toxieon? It seems like using it in a battle would be unfair and dangerous. I mean, it sounds like it could end a battle with even slight contact against anything but a steel type, or maybe another poison type. Also, it sounds like its poison could incapacitate the opponent for an insane amount of time, and potentially be fatal.

:) Tis why you should ALWAYS take care of your eevee! More than likely be banned because of the vapor. unless of course someone found a way to make the poison layer less poisonous? Hmmm, it's diet could contribute how poisonous it is at any one time, just like the poison dart frogs. I can imagine, it walking through a room full of people and the people fainting left and right, others accusing each other of cutting one rofl!
