Of course, they do. It'd be bad for business for clients to drop dead after spending time with their "dates". The brothel has a fully functioning chapel in the cellar next to the wine storage. Or, for those who aren't of the religious type, they hire holy monsters who have access to healing and revival spells.
Not going to lie: I love the idea, myself. (Mind you, I also just finished watching Ishuzoku Reviewers, so there's a bias there ;p )
But I love how you handled this one! There's such a lively spirit, so much going on; and I love the point-of-view perspective added to it, giving a real feeling to it all!

I think I've watched too many episodes of Interspecies Reviewers because that's this reminds me of.
