By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

It is very important to read through this terms and conditions before commissioning
me.

I. General terms:

You will need to be over 18 years old to commission me.

I Will Not Draw:
- Scat, flatulence, Diaper fetish, ABDL.
- Cub or any sexualization of a minor in any way.
- Bestiality, Feral for nsfw content.
- Extreme inflation or fatness.
- Navel play.
- Extreme hyper genitalia.
- Vore.
Inquire if unsure, you will always be treated with respect.

II. Payment:
-The payment for a commission and/or YCH will be via Paypal.
-Other payment methods are not allowed.
-You will be added to the commission queue only once the payment is done.
-Payments for the YCH will need to be done 24 h after the auction closes.

III. Process:
-The client will receive two WIP versions, one for the Sketch and other before the shading process.
-The WIP is the moment where the client can make changes on the picture.
-The changes made after the WIP approval will not be done.
Ex: Once the first WIP is approved by the client the pose and the sketch composition cannot be changed.
-I will always attempt your changes, If your request breaks anatomy or perspective I will inform you, but I’m not responsible for loss of integrity through requests from a client.
-If there is a mistake in the markings and such please let me know!

IV. Several versions and complex characters:
-There are some situations that may incur in an extra cost for a commission:
-Modifications on the commission, for making several versions of a single artwork will have a cost of 25%-50% of the commission price, depending on the complexity of the edit.
-Versions that include changing poses or re-doing a great part of the picture will be considered like a 2º commission and treated like it.
-Characters with complex patterns or high complexity, Taurs, multiple-limbed or winged, have an extra cost of 25%-50% of the base price, depending on the amount of time required to make it.

V. Copyright/Usage Policy:

-Any image you commission from me may be displayed anywhere online with proper credit or link back to me.
-The image can never be claimed as belonging or being created by someone else.
-The image cannot be altered without my written consent.
-The image cannot be used for commercial purposes or for any purpose to bring the client revenue unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.
-A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of the price of the original piece.
-I can use cancelled sketches however I see fit, characters will be changed in order to protect the owner’s intellectual rights but the art itself remains mine to be used however I like.

VI. Client responsibility:
-It is up to you to provide me with reliable, recent, and updated reference of a character, pose and any accessories and background info.
-I'm not responsible if you neglect to mention an aspect you wanted in the image.
-If I am given conflicting reference it is your responsibility to let me know which one to follow.
-You are responsible for getting back to me in a timely manner.

VII. Cancelling/Refunding Policy.
--Cancellations:
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason I see fit.
-You have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason you see fit.
-If the customer fails to respond within 1 month at any time without excuse i reserve the right to cancel your commission and choose not to finish it.

--Refunds:
-If a commission is canceled by myself or by the client the refund will be an amount depending on the phase of the drawing process:
-From payment to the sketch approval: 100% of the Price amount
-From sketch to colour WIP approval: 50% of the Price amount
-From the Colour WIP to finished piece: No refund available
-If the work has been finished and you are unsatisfied in some way you are not entitled for a refund.
-If for some reason the commission is canceled before any work is done the client is entitled to a full refund.
-Refunds are not available on the YCH’s.

VIII. Chargebacks
-If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
-You will forbidden to commission me ever again.
-Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
-I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
