Continuation of [Roian Philosophy] Phelipas and the Outside Nyuh

More dialogue between philosophers to show they don't form these theories in isolation. Despite her protests, Andreas' theory is considered an Outside Theory of Nyuh since the substance of Nyuh is outside the body.

For context, avians (birds) on Roia are intellectuals who tend to hold studious careers such as philosophers, scientists and engineers. They would also be curious on how to explain their world and give an account for how dynamis (elemental manipulation power) works.
This is second part of a series to explain dynamis. Next time, I'll show a thinker who does not want to resort to magic in order to explain... well, magic.
