It's based on a real life Indian dress, ghagra choli, just simplified to make it match the world she hails from.

Lovely female in an awesome style. Her dress looks tight on just thr right places, yet it's comfortable and spaceous looking. Staff looks like a tool of magic, yet it has a hint for a glaive as well. I wouldn't mind to snuggle to her, but saddly i don't know anything about her, other then she looks verry pretty...
