Well it worked for sure. They are, but sometimes people just cross stuff that makes no sense. That or the two species too much alike to where you wouldn't know(ex, wolf/husky)

To be honest, I didn't really have "hybrid" in mind when I created this way back when on deviantArt- I simply wasn't creative enough to come up with a way to distinguish a generic species from everyone else (since I can't draw to save my life). I kinda thought it would be fun to have something different and watch people imagine what he might look like- it's been quite the evolution!
