For my birthday this month, I've decided to commission the always-wonderful WastedTimeEE to do a special picture of my Zootopia OCs, plus one of his own.
Ballet dresses are always cute, so having Cindy, Flicia, Samantha, and Wasty's own Zoot character Melanie the goat posing in them is the stuff that Heaven is made of. (Even if Sam and Mellie don't seem to like it as much as Cindy and Felicia.)
There are two more variants, one mostly nude and the other with only the skirts (minus petticoats).
