do they turn slightly blue-ish if broken/bruised ?

ya If they turn slightly blue then it's a good chance they are the fun type of mushroom
however a spore print would be needed to confirm but even then I wouldn't eat them unless I was 100% sure

feelya. i do have amanita muscaria growing wild out here tho. but never tried to use them. not sure how they'd be prepared.

not an expert on those but I think you boil them with some other stuff and then you drink it
but again I could be wrong so don't take that as fact
