Another commission int he series of "Morgana and her Pokemon friends".

I wanted to do something very celestial for Milotec- some of the pokemon really have an air of spirituality to them.
Usually, those are the psychic or the water types- but anything that can "fly" (or seems to be illustrated that way) and just sometimes just 'cause!
Milotec is one of those types of Pokemon... and so I really wanted to push the cosmos effect on her.
I am also a sucker for stars, cosmos, water, snowflakes... little sparkly things and flowing things, and sparkly flowing things. So I jump at the opportunity to illustrate some sort of astrological or celestial image. XD
