More often than not, Groth might see someone he recognize who has a nice price on their head. He would wait for a right moment to get alone with them... then proceeded to 'arrest' them. Good thing magic armor can stretch to fit around one's form once attune, unfortunately, it tend to make one's gut very pack and tight.
