Old, old, oooold character. I think I was in elementary school when I first made him up. His name and design were based (though much looser now) off of a character from a PSX game called Threads of Fate (Dewprism in Japan).

Rue is an angel of judgment or some shit who ends up having to kick Uyraies' mom out of heaven. Sad, because they were good friends. He's quite good-natured and has an airy cheerfulness to him, usually. Also, he does look pretty effeminate, haha!
But I suppose that's fitting for an angel.
