More OC action from Dust Bunnies, this here is Katya Alexievic, Heidi's arch nemesis (kind of), a Dark Nocturnal (aka a vampire born, raised and affiliated with the Darkness). She's the daughter of a big deal vampiress in the American Dark Effort, but at best she's mostly considered a petulant, immature child, and a constant troublemaker on account of the fact she's formed an inexplicable hatred for Heidi and takes every opportunity to try and wipe her out. Of course she never succeeds, which just adds to the embarrassment. No-one's ever been able to account for this enmity, least of all Heidi - it simply seems that one day Katya got it in her head she hated her and wanted her dead.
