AH yes I see, just looked it up and it's quite a nice short messy pop! As awful as I imagine being microwaved alive must feel... x_x

Any other way than being gruesomely cooked alive from the inside out until eventual death, lol.
While the scene in the movie depicts a near instant swelling and full body explosion, the reality of what would actually happen is horrid to think about and I'm just not a fan of that.
