I sometimes draw new costumes for her, but she needs a new standard outfit.
Let's see. The original was over designed. Spikes all over, boob window, tough girl attitude. Too many colors.
And no role.
A good design should reflect the role of the character in the story. You don't need a 40 pages background. You simply need a general idea.
Sting was design with the simple idea to be a manticore. So pointy tail, lion body, human face and bad attitude.
Let's maintain these things with a drop of modern sonic design.

I remember her. i drew her for you in a old art trade once. Personally I think you tried to tame down her new design to much, I actually liked the spikes & belts on the old design along with the stitching on the sides of the corset. As for colors... maybe number 2, but it could still use some testing for better types of blue combo.
