Velocity, the supersonic heroine bursts into action! Alter ego of Blaire Baxter, this bunny is the sole owner of a prototype super suit meant to give the body powers of super speed, developed by scientists and technicians employed under Ava Cearbhaill, leader of the infamous private army Cearbhaill's Fists. Blaire was forced into this suit for experimentation after being kidnapped by Ava's forces, knowing she's the daughter of the wealthy Baxter family. While requesting a ransom, Ava thought to use the poor bunny to test her prototype suit putting Blaire through rigorous and dangerous speed and combat tests designed to push the suit to it's full limits. Unfortunately for Ava this backfired as one misstep allowed Blaire to zoom off, ending up nearly on the other side of the country in a matter of minutes, draining the suit dry of energy. Knowing she got off lucky, Blaire returned home, keeping the suit in secret intending to not misuse her chance to do good with technology designed for evil. Blaire gave the suit a makeover, changing the color scheme and adding in the face mask and goggles for wind protection. She also had a tech savvy friend scope it out for any possible tracking devices, of which there were none luckily. Currently Blaire becomes Velocity at night, fighting crime until the late hours into the morning and sleeps until the afternoon which is starting to annoy her mother.

The suit is prototype, the first and only of it's kind and as far as Velocity knows Ava is unable to make copies due to the power source also being extremely expensive and difficult to make. Velocity simply calls this power source the "super battery" as it powers the entire suit and holds a supply of energy like a battery. It's located just on her lower back and is external, but lightweight and small in size. Like a battery, it loses it's supply of energy over time of use but cane recharge it's reserves by being put into standby mode or turned off. The blue light strips along Velocity's arms and legs let Velocity know how much power is remaining through color coding. Blue means it's at full power, yellow is half power, and red is low, blinking red is dangerously low. If the battery uses up all it's reserves it automatically shuts down to recharge, leaving Velocity helpless. The battery also has an automatic safety mode, capable of recognizing when fast is too fast and will immediately shut down and slow it's user to prevent injury, Velocity has rarely had this occur and only when she's approaching hypersonic speeds. The battery must be attached to the users body to stimulate the nerves to make the super speed possible. The process is less the pleasant as many tiny nerve stimulating needles are shoved through the lower back and into the spine of the user, Velocity compares it to getting the flu shot and twenty times in the same spot simultaneously, if the battery is somehow yanked out without proper shut down it can leave the user paralyzed for mere minutes to hours or possibly a full day. The signal sent from the super battery is sent down the users entire body, and into the ankles and wrists. The suit is made of odd, yet comfortable material almost feeling like spandex that protects the wearer from the pressure of high speed of travel, Velocity never got the name of it during experimentation and everyone she's shown the suit to has been dumbfounded.

Velocity's fastest record has been barely above mach 2 and she was able to sustain it for just above 5 minutes before the energy of the suit gave out. Velocity having super speed does not affect her strength and her fighting style revolves around hitting lighting fast jabs and keeping out of the opponents vision to wear them down over time, she has yet to dish out a supersonic punch but she's afraid of how her hand will feel upon delivering one. She constantly practices and pushes herself to move quicker when there's downtime on job, not intending to let this opportunity to do good go to waste.
