Leo's Parade Diaries: Army Dogs on Parade
Resulting from an ongoing problem of Wildcat City's autistic human children who have powers identical to Cripto making their favorite canon characters come to the real world, but fulfilling their specific wishes, Charlie Barkins (from the All Dogs Go to Heaven franchise) and his pal Itchy are now serving in the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant and a private, respectively. The dogs later perform marching drills with Leo the Tiger and his friend, Blue.
