Sir Kensington strode bravely into the cave, sword drawn and shield at the ready. He had been sent by the king of Aurandor to slay a dragon that had been pillaging the farms of the northern mountains, and he was mere steps away from his goal. Just then, he ran straight into a stalagmite and staggered backwards.
Only, it wasn't a stalagmite.
Sir Kensington looked up, up, up, until he met the burning blue gaze of the dragon, impossibly huge above him. A low growl rang out, not from the beast's throat, but from its stomach. It ran its blue tongue over its teeth.
Sir Kensington wondered if it was too late to call a parley.
Theo and the kingdom of Aurandor, along with the world of Kethoras, belong to me. I'd claim Sir Kensington too, but it seems he won't last much longer.
