She is a Canterlot unicorn with a talent for painting colorful art! The day her cutie mark appeared, Painted Heart was attending an Art Festival in the Crystal Empire. It was there that she was picked out of a crowd of ponies by a showpony to paint something on a canvas so they could make it come to life. Painted Heart picked up the paintbrush with her magic and slathered a miniature of Princess Cadence. As the showpony was bringing the painting to life, Painted Heart began to glow a sparkling rainbow aura when her cutie mark appeared! This gathered the attention of surrounding ponies, including the young showponys crowd of watchers.
