If I'm wrong someone please correct me but I think it's actually against FA terms to tell viewers they HAVE to post a submission or journal to enter a raffle. Reason for it is because of flooding.
I suggest taking the submission rule out of the guidelines considering its against TOS, more people might be inclined to join.

I don't mean to break any rules of course, but I haven't found anything on raffle entries in FurAffinity policy. It says about reminders and copied content but nothing exactly on the theme of raffle reuploads. It's common practice on any other art website, so I figured same thing would be appropriate here too. That is one of the points of a raffle - to get more people to notice you.

I know a lot of artist make it an extra entry if people post the submission or journal about it, that way its not required, but still gives incentive to spread the word.
After being on Fa for over 10 years and seeing a number of artist doing raffles I'm 100% confident. I just don't want you to get in trouble.
