Soundwave stood motionless, towering over the pathetically miniscule organic at his feet. He reached down for it, not with one of his hands though like most cybertornians would, instead extending one of his tentacles and gently grasping the creature with the thin flexible tendrils that dwelled within.
Its presence puzzled the silent mech, their agreement was one thing, but the human's continued unprompted visits were starting to interfere with Soundwave's work. Expressionless, the bot leaned his head to the side, silently demanding an explanation only to see the creature’s cheeks grow red; an organic sign of affection, as he had come to know.
As they kept staring at one another, Soundwave briefly pondered whether this continued partnership was really worth all this trouble.
