Apto April prompt #14: Aquatic.
I had two ideas for this and decided to use them both! That's what took so long (that, and being busy getting groceries).
1: Paul the Pooltoy Dragon wants to go scuba diving.

Well to fix Paul's problem he can either, A Tie weights down to himself to sink or B If he can survive it, fill himself with a liquid more heavy then Air and preferably more heavy then water. Or both, the point of the idea is to make your body heavier then the surface tension can bear to get through the water and heavy enough to counter buoyancy to sink. But considering he thought it would work in his current state tells me he did not think it through...
