This one was a bit of a hassle to do but at the same time fun.
In case you need a refresher, this SCP was actually made by the foundation themselves.
They put a pill of SCP-500 (a pill that cures anything) into SCP-914 (a machine that can deconstruct or transform items) hoping to get something better...instead they got a locket. The Locket has pretty much the same effects as the pill but it has a cumulative effect of changing people soon turning them in to a pile of formless rampaging "Flesh-Beasts".

I decided with this having the locket itself, since there's a picture it is a bit easy to have a drawing of it. I tried to get the locket slightly opened to show the bright mystical light from within.
The...monstrous beasts on the picture are examples of what I'd see the Flesh Beasts to be. Somewhere between Lovecraftian horror and Chaos Spawns. Having it with droopy corrupted skin, large bulging eyes and even extra appendages such as tentacular limbs and extra eyes. The idea is that they lack bones and are mostly flesh and skin. The idea is that the locket fell in the wrong hands and these idiotic sods just overused the crap out of it.
