One out of four poster-like art I'm planning on uploading before the big finished Kung Fu Panda: The Stone Warrior Legend poster release.
I'm sure this big panda doesn't need any introductions. The Dragon Warrior himself, Po!
He was one of the easiest to ink and color, but a lot of fun. His clothes are much more simpler than the last clothes I drew him in.
The background came from one of my own photos I personally took. I basically threw it into a watercolor filter to not make it look too realistic and contrast with the way Po looks.
Yeah, flat colors. Still haven't quite grasped the art of shadowing.
Like I said, this is one out of four I'm planning on putting up before the big reveal of the poster. Hope you all like it!
