Siren Head has been out for a while but I'm not sure why it's suddenly exploding. Trevor Henderson is an artist on Instagram who takes normal photos and draws bizarre and spooky creatures on'em, Siren Head being one of them. A lot of people mistake Siren Head for being an SCP which I think is why he's become so popular. But it could just be he's the new Slender Man for everyone.
