here's my rainbow baby, now with a ref sheet!

her personality is as crazy and flashy as her colors, and she loves to have fun!

she can shapeshift into any of the animals that make her up (any variation of otter, sabertooth big cat, house cat, raptor, bird) in both feral and anthro forms. her colors stay the same, but her markings sometimes shift around a little to better match the natural patterns of the animal in question.
