Let me give you some context about what it actually is then.

Citail is a game dev company, Ono(this fox guy) is their CEO (or somewhat on director position)
He's doing the PR as a representative for his company about what Citail actually is, introduction about their game making collaboration, employee, work flow and company itself in order to let people outside of game dev business understand what it actually is. Also to recruit some more future freelancer programmer.

He's using virtual graphical fox character to represent the channel as he saw it's perfectly fits the "game dev company" vibe, and because Japanese people usually hiding their real identity as well.(as he mentioned Yoko Taro, Director of Nier:Automata on his Emil mask on media all the time) Sometimes just to be more stranger-friendly because he think a plain old man won't be much of an impression to approach the audience.

As you know, because how cute his avatar was, the channel became Japanese furry fandom hot topic since the very first few episode, resulting in countless conversation and fanart.(and ultimately, Rule34 of him lmao)
