wahts up i've been having at least 2 panic attacks every day since shit went down, been on a couple of breakdowns and even relapsed with some bad coping mechanisms trying to deal with this shit but everythings so Loud and so Much and my schizoaffective ass is absolutely Dying trying to deal with it ive even started hallucinating again after going for so long without that
