You came all this way. You've trudged through traps and battled past cannon fodder; some of it you're sure was just sent to annoy you, but finally you made it. Before you stands the villain that you've been persuing all this time, donning the same tightly fitted gas mask that so many of the minions you'd fought to get here wore like a uniform. Heroes that had attmpted this dungeon before you but had clearly fallen victim to the intoxicants and narcotic traps that you'd been lucky enough to avoid. But as you step into the room, the Boss seemingly expecting you, there was a faint smell of lavender and blueberries lingering in the room. The same scent that has assaulted your senses throughout your adventure here, and more than a few times almost had you buckle to your knees to enjoy it. It hung heavy like a fog here, though you could still see the mask-clad fiend before you, simply staring at you with those intense spiralling eyes. They weren't enough alone to pull you in; but it was hard to look away, and even harder to keep your mind focussed on your task of beating him.
"You surpirsed me by making it this far, I admit. But the fun's over now," spoke the blue wolf. His intense eyes never leaving you. You don't bother entertaining a response; but as he continues to ramble at you in some kind of cliche monolouge, you figure you could use this time to catch your breath before taking him head on. Your body welcomes the reprieve for as long as you can get it, happy to let him ramble on while you remain fixated on the menacing madman. It's then when you realising, you're not only recuperating. You're beinning to relax; dangerously fast. You stopped listening to what he was saying a while ago, just letting the tone of his voice roll over your mind as your breaths grew lethargically deep and your weapon had slumped by your side. You can see his eyebrow raise in an entertained smirk underneath that mask. He'd distracted you long enough that the idea of a fight sounds less appealing than it did when you entered. Would it be so bad if you just gave up now? There'd be no shame in losing now after making it so far... No! You came here to beat this villain. You raise your weapon defiantly and the battle begins. But something is off. You run through the options in your head, all of your tactics racing past your instincts. But you only settle on one conclusion as you gaze into those mad swirling eyes. Surrender
