A concept that entered my mind one night.

This is no ordinary diaper critter. She hangs around pools and dives in after swimmers, hugging them close to her soft body as the inner tube around her inflates, trapping them. Then she slowly brings them into her diaper body, bobbing up and down on the water. You see, it seems she doesn't like seeing people pee in the water <3 She'll also grab individuals struggling in the deep end and bring them back to the shallow end.
