I recall this was another in the 'fusion' series, like the Gadget-Fifi ga-fi-01.gif ..and this is a Rebecca Cunningham-Fifi fusion.

The original file was re-fi-01.gif, filesize 85324 bytes. (I think you've been uploading from the Yahoo Group, not the Pegasus TTBS FTP archive.)

Well now the title makes sense.
As to the source, anything is possible as I found it on an old disc.
Could've come from online or even from Bill himself.
