Here's how I draw Rene.

Step 1: Draw a circle for Rene's head.

Step 2: Draw two curved lines two place Rene's facial features.

Step 3: Draw two ovals on top of the horizontal line on either side of the vertical line. This'll be Rene's eyes.

Step 4: Draw a curved arch starting at the point where the construction lines meet.

Step 5: Draw two triangles on either side of the head for ears.

Step 6: Draw a long oval below the circle to create Rene's body.

Step 7: Make a line starting on the top-left side of the body. Draw it a quarter-way down then angle back up. Then make a small circle at the end and make 4 lines, 3 on the left side and 1 on the right. This'll serve as Rene's right arm.

Step 8: For the left arm, draw a line down towards the bottom of the oval and make a circle and 4 lines again.

Step 9: Make a long curvy line to make Rene's bushy tail.

Step 10: Draw a line at the bottom of the body and draw an oval at the end for one of Rene's legs. Follow the same step for the other leg.
