Hehehehe, I did love the design of this lizard, specially his beard x3! He looks so nice being all bound and gagged x3! The bandana gag looks very nice on his muzzle x3! I love his look, so defiant even being so helpless and bound x3! Also still looks proud x3!! Guys with stats are the most fun to tie up and see then struggling XD! I love this picture XD!
I imagine that the King's annoyance may be down to the fact that currently he's gagged so he cannot even eat the dinner so maybe he's wondering if this is simply to torment him with appetising food and inevitable hunger pangs. Though if the gag comes off I don't think his hands would be untied so he'd have to have the food cut up and fed to him which wouldn't exactly be a dignified experience so no wonder he's annoyed.
Though it could be that the King considers a commoner leaning an arm on his shoulder to be overly familiar and disrespectful or disagrees with the assessment that of the two of them the Mustached Menace has the superior facial hair.
