so, WAY back 
Jokerkitty asked for a story request from me to do with Joker and several of her characters, who were his children. Due to me being me at writting stories, I wasn't able to get Joker's personality done right while having the children in it, so I had scrapped the story several times and restarted it, until I realized it wasn't possible for me to do it, so I had scrapped it all together. then Jokerkitty got back to me recently to get the request, which is when I asked to do a picture instead cuz I couldn't do the story, and she agreed to that.
so I started this picture about 2 hours ago. Submitting it here as a place holder, cuz im about to start the colouring to it, and wanna keep this incase I need to make a copy if I screw up horribly on the colouring.

I had a friend named Harlee, who I really liked, and my friends were telling me to ask her to call me Mr. J from now on XD

I was gonna have him and a few of the other kids in the picture, but my paper was a bit too small without making it look cluttered.
I was thinking more like playtime, cuz I was thinking Socrates wanted Joker to play, and hes like, "Kid, im busy plotting death and gloom" XD
