Creme's childhood friend and fellow Assassin, though he's not part of the Wraiths. He's part of the Stagehands, a musical theater company and also a cabal of skilled sonic-based killers for hire.

Since every Stagehand is themed around a musical or play, Fender was assigned Rock of Ages, much to his chagrin. He's a soprano at heart whose high notes when directed can literally explode heads, and unfortunately you don't really get to utilize his most effective techniques with the songs he's given.

"You Shook Me All Night Long" doesn't hit the same highs as "Lovin' You" or "Diva Dance" but arbitrary rules are arbitrary rules. Eventually joins the Teambase, figuring that if Creme can succeed without the Wraiths, he can succeed without the Stagehands.
