Xoliel, the Demon of Light is depicted in a far different manner in some of the heretical tomes gathered from summoner enclaves. Though access to the tomes is forbidden to the public, they have been thoroughly examined by the Holy Order for potential weaknesses. Xoliel is described similarly in appearance, but with more non-lethal encounters than the Paladins have. In one instance, he was described as vastly knowledgeable, and capable of making deals with the more experienced summoners. He has apparently demonstrated the ability to speak, by one notable individual's account; though he has no voice. His will, and what he wants understood is simply 'known'. The Holy Order has denied any requests to attempt communication with greater demons, so this ability might remain unconfirmed to the archives.
