Gawd this was a giant mess of procrastination. I've had this waiting for finishing for like... two months! But yeah. Finally got it done!
THIS IS A TRIBUTE TO MARIO KART WII 150CC! Where this happens time you pass the 2nd place rider. Everyone gets bombs, bullet bills, blue shells, and the 2nd place person you just passed somehow immediately gets a megashroom or star!
Figured I'd use Daisy for those who haven't played Kart Wii yet, since there seems to be a big giant wad of Daisyhate out there
