Okay, this one was fun. I tried something new. I put an ochre wash over the entire pic and the detailed pencils. Once that tried I painted it with acrylics, then finally did a little pencil detailing over that. I rather like the monochromatic but not quite look. First time painting a Rough Coated Collie:) Again, for the FC art show. Prints available of course!

One of my all time favourite breeds of dog and you've recreated it superbly as an anthro! =3
Splendid painting especially the impression of the breed's full coat and the 'feathering' of fur on his tail... AND this was a first time attempt at a 'Lassie' dog too?! Wonderful! :)
