I swear I will punch someone. After throwing everything in my arsenal aside from my MasterBall (40+ Ultra, 8 Heavy, 10 Quick, 5 Regular), the damn Articuno ended up killing itself since it ran out of moves to use.
This is my first time drawing in Paint Tool SAI. It was a rather enjoyable hour & a half, but I doubt I'll ever do more than doodle like so. Though, "preserve opacity" = <3!

You need to take into factor on how much HP the pokemon has, and what status effect it has as well

Ultra balls have a catch rate of 2.0
Dusk balls at night have a catch rate of 4.0

Use that to see how many it'll take for whatever pokemon your catching. This is how I got my legends in my japanese silver

Ultra balls are crap, they have a 2.0 catch rate
Use a dusk ball after you set the lock to like 10 PM or something, dusk balls have a 4.0 catch rate (so do timer balls after about 30 turns)
