I've been finally going through all my hoarded designs and character concepts that i've never finished, and am finally FINISHING them and turning them into legitimate characters.

And here is the first of many to come.
I really loved the sketch concept of this big floof catto so it really encouraged my muse.

Fable is a made up creature, most closely related to what one would consider a hybrid of a Dragon and a Big Cat.
He has magical powers, including shooting magical projectiles(Almost like breathing fire but not), and healing others with his breath.
His glowing markings appear when he's using his magical, and how many are visible is a good representation of just how much power he's using. Only a few glow marks means a small magic usage. His entire body covered in glow marks means he's reached his magical capacity, which is extremely life threatening for him.
Part of Fable's magic is also the ability to manipulate and control his glowing marks, like Runes almost, they can detatch from his body and be used as weapons or form together for defense and anything else one could imagine.

His eyes are also more then mere asthetics. His 'cat vision' can see more then just in the dark. Fable is able to actually detect and SEE magical essence around him.
