That's Magnet on Dillan's shoulder. He's the demon who possessed Dillan's little kitty ragdoll when he was a kid and drove him insane. Now Magnet doesn't have a lot of power over Dillan anymore, but lost the ability to unattatch himself so they have a love/hate relationship. Dillan has the power to get rid of him but keeps him around to spite him, getting back at him for all the years of torment.

Dillan's hair is something left to be desired.. ugh. I was too far along in the picture to really change it so .. oh well.
