Chiro in some of their gear (they have a full outfit). They /definitely/ went to medical school and will preform an excellent amputation for your bruised leg.
They're actually a good doctor in one specific area; anti-aura. They specialize in curing extreme curses and aura-based wounds, such as curing basilisk call and leviathan spite. Their service is super hard to come by at the level they provide so they make a killing for just a singular visit.

In their mask they stuff hanginggills because they are anti-aura herbs, along with the blooms doing the same when eaten and the faeller bone as a soother.
They'll still gladly do surgeries and cure your pestilence, as they think they're a great doctor.
