Ok! I'm NOT DEAD :3 School will be over soon guys :D And then the posts will start coming again ^^ Anyways, during the schoolyear, I work to develop my art instead of work to make money. I've always felt my design was too humanlike - I wanted to keep myself more like an actual raichu, just taller and with longer arms and hands. I feel I'm good enough to really try to do that now, so I've started drawing raichus from the TV show. This is FINALLY closer to the real me =) There's still a little ways to go, but this is TOTALLY on the right track. Size comparison coming soon!

yeah, humanlike isn't bad :3 It's definitely not my thing though. Humanlike characters just aren't my cup of tea :] I don't feel like my normal style is too humanoid, I just want to see how far I can push it before I start losing the traits that make it feel like a raichu :] I want it to be half way between standard raichu (which is more or less what you see here) and what I'm used to doing
