Wendy the gardereene. an experiment made by a perverted man, she was combined with a 12 year old girl, a gardevoir and a hatereene. soon enough she was created, with some unwanted and unstable results (due to mewx being a curious being and dumping the powers of arceus and mewtwo into her dna). scared that she would hurt someone, she tried to get away. however, as soon as the man tried to enact his wildest dreams on her, he was obliterated by an unstable surge of psychic power and razor sharp strands of hair. (ain't that just karma..) she ran away, tormented from the mangled body that she created, into the wild and tried to stay away from anything. peace doesn't really happen that often, due to her unstable power (combine it with her ability to scream like a human when the power breaks her bones, thank god for healing moves).
she also doesn't really know when to stop eating. well.. not that she doesn't know.. its that she can't. if she smells it, she will go over and eat it, no matter how full she is. (and yes this does mean even to the point of exploding, which she has done plenty of times.) she is still a wild pokemon and is resting in a cave currently.
the bands on her arms are restraints to make sure she can't hurt anyone.
