CJ was so happy to see Flick come home. The chameleon had been moderating the bug catching competition all day. Meanwhile, for the past couple of hours, CJ had been live on his phone, discussing with his chat whether people should start to invest in shovels for Manilla Clamming. To Flick, the setting sun was a blessing, filling the air with cool tranquility that served as a serene change of pace from the beating sun of the Island. Flick was still warm from the day in the sun, but the cool night breeze spoke to him as he stepped past the threshold of the house, closing the door and collapsing with a smile on the loveseat. CJ lifted one thick arm, allowing his dear to make a pillow out of his belly. Once nestled in, the arms came together to embrace one another. Though sound was muted, CJ's stream suddenly surged in donations from people loving the couple in their natural habitat. As do we.

I think I have a new favorite fictional couple ever. CJ and Flick are so perfect for each other and you can fight me if you say otherwise. I hope y'all agree, cuz I cannot get enough of these two!

I started this piece a few weeks ago at the very beginning of April, but kept putting off finishing it until today. I just didn't have the motivation, but now that it's done I can say with confidence that I'm proud of what I've created. This piece seems to perfectly capture the coziness I tried to represent between such a loving bear x twink relationship, and seeing it makes me happy.

I really hope you guys love it too, because I want to spread happiness with this piece, to empathize and imagine being in the place of the two, either having a comfy squishy pillow to rest your head on while you're securely held; or you could have an adorable little twink in your arms, so trusting and loving in you. Honestly, either would be bliss.
