A quadroped mammal native to some unspecified world among rocky salt lakes and sulfur pools where a nacre/pearl-like mineral is naturally formed. The wildlife usually posess similar visual properties as their enviroment.
The species is normally solitary but could form small packs during food shortage in order to take down larger prey.

The silouette of the design is rather plain as I wanted to use it to play around with in zbrush and make a shimmering material and not get distracted by extravagant details. However I was really itching to make this thing fabolous... Next time.
