Demilaceo Radis is the youngest brother. But not the youngest sibling.
Demilaceo is a Shadel/Alterian hybrid.

An Alterian is basically a formless, sentient blob of energy. There is a small, solid core inside that is basically the control center of the organism. The brain. This energy can morph into almost any natural substance.
Fire, water, electricity, soil, diamond, acids and venoms.
They can even absorb or repel light.

Their original form is a strange blue goo. Alterians have a shape for a humanoid figure in there genetic code, and the attributes are passed down like normal traits, but Alterians do not have the stability to form into a complex organism.
Meaning they can form into a patch of grass, but not an ant.

Also, Alterians have a unique waste. When they expel waste they produce a bright, liquidy, and odorless substance with many bright and unique colors.
Like a liquid rainbow, really.
It hardens into a crystal as hard as diamond within a half hour, however, yet retains it's beauty.
Because of this, Alterians can use the waste to form most of their structures.
It sounds gross, but imagine a city made entirely of rainbow crystals. Would be something to behold.

Because of being half Shadel, Demilaceo was stable enough to form into a structured organism and obtained all of those Shadel powers. He had 2 glands in his brain. One allowed him to produce the element desired, the other allowed him to morph into it.

Another attribute he has (and Alterians would have if they had a structured form) is a "mood ring eye". Demil's eyes change color according to specific moods he is experiencing.
Jealousy=Green
Anger=Red
Fear/Pain=Yellow
Adrenaline Rush=Orange
Aroused/Infatuated=Pink
Fatigue=Purple
Anything Else=Blue (or natural color)

(I just realized how weird Alterians are...)

He used the GFD to morph into an anthropomorphic feline when he was 10.
He died when he was 12.

He died twice, actually. The first time his head was crushed by falling debris. Pop!
He was reincarnated, so that was no big deal. (Well, except for the psychological damage from the incident.)

The 2 hours he was alive after that were permanently scarring. Physically and mentally.
He was revived instead of reincarnated, however, so the physical damage stuck.
Nearly all of the left side of his face was torn off.
He also sustained severe and constant head trauma. It gave him brain damage and eventually was the cause of death.
All the damage he endured trashed the morphing gland. The one thing that made him an Alterian. (Aside from the waste...)
To top it off, the method of revival made him one of the undead. Blood no longer flows through his veins.

Over the next 2 years he grew his hair out so it would cover his horrible scar. Hence his emo-style hair. He soon discovered he could still produce natural substances. He also discovered sorcery. After constant study and practice he eventually could harness his Alterian abilities to a whole new degree. He also enchanted his hair so it would stay in place over the scar unless he wished otherwise.

The brain damage he suffered during his last living hours ruined his cognitive skills, making it difficult for him to speak properly, focus, or even have much common sense. That being said, he's always been quite friendly and optimistic and continues to act that way despite his trauma.

Oh yeah, and he's homosexual. Forgot to mention that minor detail.

His special ability (each sibling has a unique ability) is the the Leer of Agony. Due to a curse place upon him, if one were to look directly into Demil's scarred eye they would suffer an instant death...if he wasn't the way he is.
Because of his optimism and kind nature the power has been significantly weakened. The eyes gaze causes temporary paralysis. However, the angrier he gets, the more powerful the eye becomes. The stronger the gaze, the longer the paralysis lasts. The gaze does effect him, but to a much lesser extent.

Well, here's a character description no one expected. Hell, I didn't even expect to develop him in this fashion.
