here's how this works;
step 1. send me a note including how many you want, which type you want(or describe it if you want something not shown above), and the necessary character reference sheet(s).
step 2. if i accept your order(some characters might be too complex or just not interest me) we'll arrange a time to meet in-game. (be aware of and tell me your time zone! i'm EST)
step 3. at the appointed time, i'll respond to our last note with a dodo code for you to visit my island. this is just so that you can pay me, either by tossing bells at me right then, or mailing them to me now that i'll be registered in your friends list.
step 4. you leave, i draw. once i'm done, i'll send a screencap and you can request some edits if necessary. ONLY ONE EDIT PASS.
step 5. once you approve of the image i've made for you, and if you didn't pay me in step 3, i'll request payment via mail. once i receive it, i'll upload your image via the kiosk in the tailor's shop and send the download code to you via note here.
NOW, IF YOU DON'T OWN THE GAME; i can still make you something similar for $5.00 USD, but it won't be all smooth and rounded like these are, it'll be actual pixel art- blocky. might be able to come up with an example if anyone's interested.
IF YOU OWN THE GAME BUT DON'T HAVE AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION and therefor can't interact with me in-game; ...i actually don't know if you can download my code. either way, you'd pay me $5.00 USD instead, via my usual paypal invoices.
(and in case it wasn't obvious, that's my character in my house with designs i have made on the wall behind me)

hrm. well, i've fallen out of the game unfortunately so i'll have to check if i can still do the in-game ones at all, but if you'd just like the regular non-game option in a similar style, i could certainly do that. at the very least i could make the design and then you could copy it in-game, tho i don't think i can use the programs that would actually give you a direct download QR code thing.
