Looks like a General Signals E-bell as NEG copied the design from GSI as well as Safetran for their type 2 E-bells but discontinued the design while NEG continued the design but General Signals Incorporated came up with the design and both NEG's and Safetran's move of copying the design possibly without permission from the original owner is a pretty scummy move unless they have permission.
