Is that a galaxy ? (practice)
well in order to accomplish a commission, I have to draw a galaxy. As I've NEVER done such a thing I tried some techniques and I found this one pretty good in fact.
However, I thought that I needed a second opinion so I'm asking YOU! Does this look like a galaxy?

It does! Although it's quite blurry - if you wanted to be a little more accurate the spiral arms (bright arcs to the sides of the center) would be a little better-resolved and would look narrower and clumpier, and if you really wanted to get into loads of detail sometimes there are dust lanes, brown-black filaments that run across the galaxy.
But... in general it looks fine. In fact as seen from most places on Earth, galaxies do look blurry because looking through the atmosphere smears out all the fine details.
